Day of Beer
Will commence in several hours and will be blogged in real time a la "24". I would expect the postings to rapidly disintegrate. Here are a couple of pix of today's lineup. Note the official glassware!
It looks like you've got a great lineup on-tap (pun very much intended).However, I would have gone for the St bernardus 12 instead (to keep in line w/ the quad theme).Although, the tripel will be good to illustrate the contrast in styles. As for commencement, I poured my first Salvator about 30 min. ago. Breakfast of champions! p.s. looking forward to your review of this session.
