What did you eat there?
A big plate of pasta with marinara sauce. I walked approximately 20 miles last weekend across Manhattan & Brooklyn so I needed the carbs. I also had a spumoni which was a little less rich than regular ice cream but very good none the less.
I prefer to get my carbs in liquid form.
